Where do you ship from? Where do you ship to? How are they packaged?
We ship from within Canada. We ship to all countries, please note that it is your responsiblity to determine if the products are legal in your country. We sell chemicals to academic and industrial research teams, for shipping purposes our products are labelled as reagents.
What types of payments do you accept? Do I pay taxes?
We accept online payments (stripe) or E-mail Transfers. Bitcoin payment can be arranged on request. We are a Chemical Manufacturing and Testing Laboratory, it is required by Canadian law to apply taxes to all goods purchased for research use.
What is your quality standard? What tests do you use?
As a chemical testing facility we are held to high quality standards with a rigourous QA protocol. Most substances are tested using High Precision Liquid Chromatography and have specification of minimum >98%
